Design: Pre-Cut Layer Cake Squares

Contrast: Match light & dark values

Form: Squares & Triangles | EQ8 Software

Stitching: Machine, ¼” on both sides of diagonal drawn line | Cut on drawn line after stitching | Press open 2 the DS

Construct: Arrows in 4 Directions

Identity: Instagram Headshots As Sashing Around Borders

The design of this memory quilt can be used by multiple participants, such as an extended family celebrating a special occasion, or celebrating the life of a loved one.  Each quilt can have a different story.  My story is a journey in healing from Currituck to Toisnot Tuscarora to Flyway Farm and Forest in Spillimacheen, BC.
